Leo Club Kakinada - JNTU is a college-based omega leo club sponsored by Lions Club Kakinada. Run by the students of JNTU Kakinada University College of Engineering, it was established in March 2012 with an objective of community service as well as professional development of members.

Leo Club Kakinada - JNTU stands to the guiding motto of Leoism - which is also embedded in the acronym LEO that stands for - Leadership, Experience and Opportunity. Various service programs including Blood donation camps, World Heart day awareness camp, Free eye check-up camp, Dental check-up camp, Earth hour rally, Visit to orphanage and school for differently able children have been conducted at the college as well as community level. On the other hand, programs for the professional development of members included Group Discussion, Art Exhibition, Dialogue Writing, etc.

The variety and number of programs is ever growing with an active membership of more than 150 members. As a result, Leo Club of Kakinada - JNTU stands as one of the most prestigious clubs not only in JNTUK campus but also in the rapidly-growing town of Kakinada.
