CHS Leo Club helped with "Halloween in the Park" on Oct 24, 2015! A total of 8 Leo's donned costumes, welcomed participants and scared them on the the hay ride!

Leos at the Thurmont Tree Planting 2015, Wetland Mitigation Project
Volunteers and town staff braved cold and windy temperatures to plant 96 trees and shrubs, as well as install deer protection on each planting. The planting component was remarkably completed in about 90 minutes!! The tree protection component took another 90 minutes. CHS Leos, Boy Scout Troop 270 and Venture Crew 270 participated in completing this project.

CHS Leo's Served at Veterans Day Celebration, Thurmont Senior Center on November 8th, 2014
CHS Leo's helped serve refreshments and visited with Seniors and Veterans attending to celebrate Veterans Day. The Seniors learned about their benefits and shared experiences while serving in the Armed Forces!
