If you are interested in becoming a Leo Club member:  

1.  Fill out a Leo Club application   (get them from the counter in Room 18)

 (your parent or guardian must fill out the back)

2.  Return the application to Room 18  As soon as possible

The Rusk High School Leo Club is a very active organization dedicated to community service.

Here are some of the projects we did this year:

Sent 180 care packages to troops overseas.

Donated food and packed food baskets for needy military families.

Attended Leo State Leadership Conference in Killeen

Adopt-a-highway on Loop 62

Volunteer one Saturday morning per month at the Good Samaritan

Help the Chamber of Commerce with Trick or treat on the Square and the Christmas Parade

Raise money to donate to the Crisis Center, Leader Dogs for the Blind and others

Carhop at Sonic and sponsor High School Hat Days to raise money

Build a scarecrow for the Scarecrow Trail to collect money and food for H.O.P.E.

Projects to show our support for area Sheriff, Police and Fire Departments

Spend the first Saturday in April at Texas Lions Camp for Children with Disabilities to help get the camp ready for summer

And that’s not all!!!!       

In Fall 2017 we will be attending the 100th anniversary of Lions Clubs and the 60th anniversary of Leo Clubs at the state convention in Dallas.

Join us to make 2017-18 our best year yet!!!!
