Lions Clubs International believes that better leadership can lead to better community. Leaders can benefit from lifelong training process.

New jersey Lions District 16-J has decided to establish a leadership academy to enhance leadership of current and future leaders. This academy will provide training and motivational resources for volunteers engaged in serving through Lions/Leo clubs and similar organization.

This academy will use leading edge technology and the global network to develop and deliver world class leadership programs through seminars, workshops and webinars.

The academy will promote personal growth and leadership excellence enhancing our service efforts locally and around the world. It will supplement the resources and programs of Lions Clubs International.
