Our youth need to develop their leadership skills to be part of future workforce. This leadership training prepares youth to manage time, work as a team, set goals, starts conversations, facilitate meetings, and make effective presentations. This diploma will promote positive life skills learning.

For ten weekends, participants will attend one-hour seminars; participate in experiential activities and skill-building exercises. The seminars will be conducted in Edison area and will also be available live online. The participants will also have an access to online computer based courseware.

  9. Public Relations
  10. Public Speaking

After successful completion of all 10 courses, the participants will receive a diploma awarded by Global Membership Team of District 16-J.

This course is designed for youth but adults are also encouraged to join.

Seminars will be start from 21st  March. All seminars will be a presentation of 60 minutes followed by a self-paced online program. The diploma will be awarded after completion of all 10 seminars and online evaluation.

All registered participants will be invited to be members of Leo Club and will have an opportunity to volunteer in Lions Club activities.

A formal graduation ceremony will be held in June 2015. Transcripts will be available on request.

District 16-J lions are also encouraged to participate in the program. These courses are also available on Lions Learning Center.
